# Doğukan Atar

hi, i'm dogukan.

i'm from turkey and live in seoul. i study computer science & engineering at Sogang University, and i'm currently CTO at Hoppers.

i build support systems for international founders, students, travelers, and communities starting from korea.

before Hoppers, i founded Korea Friends, worked on Koho, built student communities, made Korea survival content, and created videos about studying abroad.

Korea Friends grew into 15+ communities with 2,500+ members. Koho was a housing directory/resource for international students in Korea and was selected for Challenge! K-Startup 2023.

i was also the first president of Sogang PALS, worked in Sogang University's student council, helped with Founder Institute Korea and Seoul Startups, was a MIKTA Young Leader, and worked on early projects like Low Key Media and Caylaklar.

my main topic is international founders building from Korea.
